- Test 2 Reading part 4, #26: a factor is a thing, truth, or fact that affects a result or decision. In this case, the sentences preceeding refer to the fact that the manager may be a mentor or teacher. This fact should not cause you to decide to change the relationship with him or her / An aspect is a feature or part of something, but it doesn't necessarily play a part in decision making. Therefore an aspect would not cause you to make a decision to change your relationship with your boss.
